Evagoras Mandrides
The People's Photographer
I'm Evagoras Mandrides. I'm Greek Cypriot, I speak Greek, and I've been photographing weddings since 2004, more than 600 in all. I've photographed weddings across Cyprus, in Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia and Ayia Napa, from a beachfront ceremony to a traditional village church or a luxury hotel celebration.
I have bases in Limassol, Larnaca, Platres and Nicosia, so I can cover your wedding anywhere on the island, and you never need to pay for my accommodation.
Speaking Greek makes things easier with local churches, venues and suppliers, so there's one less thing for you to worry about on the day. I specialise in Greek Cypriot and Greek Orthodox weddings, from the stolisma to the last dance.
We start with a consultation, in person at my studio in Enfield, or by video call if you're abroad, and I'm happy to meet you in Cyprus before the wedding too. I arrive at least two days before the wedding. The day before, we meet to go through the final details, and I check any location I haven't photographed before, so there are no surprises on the day.
Every wedding includes a free lifestyle shoot in the UK. If you'd rather have your pre-wedding shoot abroad, here in Cyprus, it's a £150 session fee for 1 hour, usually at golden hour, and you choose your images at my usual portrait image prices with 10% off.
My fees are my standard fees, plus a Cyprus travel fee of £500, which covers my flights and transfers. For weddings between 20 July and 31 August, it's reduced to £200. There's nothing to pay for accommodation, because I have my own bases on the island.
I photograph christenings in Cyprus too, with full-day coverage. The same Cyprus travel fee applies.

I haven't photographed at these yet, but I'd be glad to, and I'll visit with you beforehand if you'd like.
If yours isn't here, just ask.
