Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas and St Xenophon, Leicester

The Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas and St Xenophon is on Aylestone Road in Leicester. It was built in 1904 as the Church of All Souls, to a Gothic design by the architect G. F. Bodley, and it is Grade II* listed.

Inside there are tall arched windows, a carved wooden icon screen and rows of gold chandeliers down the nave, so even a christening photographed in daylight glows.
